What are the payment methods?
We accept payment by major credit cards , Atome, and by FPS ID 164106635 (Hong Kong only).
What is the shipping time?
Standard shipping time is approx. 7-21 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we use EMS to ship.
Is there any product warranty?
Yes, for eyewear products, we provide a 12-month warranty period. Please keep the invoice and eyeglass case.
Are you selling authentic brand products?
Yes, we only sell authentic products.
Is there an exchange or refund policy?
No, there is no refund policy and we only accept exchange for the same model if it is an defective item.
How to pay by 3 instalments with Atome?
When you checkout, you can select how you want to pay.
Why I cannot pay by Atome?
To make payment by Atome, the total sales price needs to be at least 50 HKD.
